Since all items are preloved and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if the item was materially misrepresented, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it.

Minor screen-to-screen colour variation is normal. But if you feel the condition or item was significantly misrepresented, email us at info@thriftzyade.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID.
