This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected by Thriftzyade through our website (thriftzyade.in), any associated communication channels (email, WhatsApp), and during the course of processing your orders.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. We are committed to being transparent about our data practices and compliant with applicable Indian data protection laws.

We collect personal information that you provide directly to us, as well as certain data that is collected automatically when you use our site:

• Account & Order Data — name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order history when you place an order or create an account
• Payment Data — payment method type (UPI, card, etc.) processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or CVVs on our servers
• Communication Data — messages you send us via email or WhatsApp for support or enquiries
• Usage Data — pages visited, time spent on site, referring URLs, device type, and browser — collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools
• Newsletter Data — your email address if you subscribe to receive updates from us

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide you with our services.

• Order Fulfilment — to process your purchase, arrange delivery, and send order confirmations and updates

All payments on Thriftzyade are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card and banking details go directly to Razorpay — they never pass through or are stored on our servers.

• All transactions are protected with SSL encryption (HTTPS) throughout
• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets — all processed securely
• Thriftzyade stores zero card data — not card numbers, expiry dates, or CVVs
• In the event of any suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately at info@thriftzyade.com

To deliver your order, we share your name, phone number, and delivery address with our courier and logistics partners (such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, or similar services). This sharing is strictly necessary for delivery purposes only.

• Courier partners receive only the data needed to complete your delivery — nothing more
• Your data is not used by courier partners for any marketing or third-party purposes
• A tracking link will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched
• Delivery data is retained in line with our data retention policy (see Section 9)

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to improve your browsing experience and understand how visitors use our site.

• Essential Cookies — required for the website to function (e.g. maintaining your bag/session). These cannot be disabled
• Analytics Cookies — help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it (e.g. Google Analytics)

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by Thriftzyade:

• Right to Correction — you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data

• Right to Complain — you have the right to raise concerns with the appropriate data protection authority in India

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy:

• Order Data — retained for up to 3 years for accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes
• Account Data — retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time
• Marketing Data — retained until you unsubscribe. We remove you promptly upon request
• Analytics Data — anonymised and aggregated; not linked to any individual after processing

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it. We do not retain data beyond its necessary purpose.
