However, given the nature of preloved goods, certain limitations apply. This Disclaimer is intended to be transparent about those limitations so you can shop with full knowledge and confidence.

All items listed on Thriftzyade are previously owned unless explicitly marked as "New with Tags" (NWT). Preloved items may show signs of prior use including but not limited to:

• Minor scuffs, scratches, or wear — especially on leather goods, shoe soles, and hardware
• Slight fading or softening of fabric — natural with age and washing
• Small marks or light staining — disclosed in product description where visible
• Missing original tags or dustbags — noted in listings where applicable
• Odour from storage — items are aired before dispatch but may carry faint storage notes

We use a standardised grading system (Excellent / Very Good / Good / Fair) to communicate each item's condition. Descriptions are written in good faith, but condition is inherently subjective.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, materials, and condition gradings are accurate and complete. However:

• Measurements are taken manually and may have a variance of ±1–2 cm
• Fabric composition is based on care labels or brand information — we do not independently test material content
• Item histories (previous owner, purchase date, etc.) are not always known and are not guaranteed
• Brand identification is done to the best of our knowledge for untagged items, but is not guaranteed for items without original labels

We strongly encourage you to review all provided photos and description carefully before purchasing. If you need additional details or photos, please contact us before placing your order.

Since each preloved item at Thriftzyade is a one-of-a-kind piece, all items are available in a single unit only. Once sold, a listing is removed from the website.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed and payment is received
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer a full refund
• Promotional or sale prices are valid for the stated period only and cannot be applied retroactively

We photograph our items in natural or studio lighting to represent colours as accurately as possible. However:

• Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen settings, brightness, and display calibration
• Some fabrics (silks, satins, metallics) can look different under different lighting conditions — we always include multiple angles
• Close-up detail shots are included to show texture and condition — please zoom in and review all images before purchasing

We cannot accept returns based solely on colour perception differences between the listing images and the physical item, as this falls within the natural variation of screen-to-screen display.
