By visiting, browsing, or making a purchase on the Thriftzyade website (thriftzyade.in), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Thriftzyade with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

To use our platform and make purchases, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• You must be a resident of India or placing an order for delivery within India
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order
• You must not have been previously suspended or removed from our platform for any violation of these Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.

Certain features of our platform may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential — do not share your password with anyone
• Notify us immediately at info@thriftzyade.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Thriftzyade will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All products listed on Thriftzyade are preloved (secondhand) items. Each listing is for a single, unique item. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• Products may show signs of previous wear — we disclose all known flaws in our listings honestly and accurately
• Actual colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen differences — this is not a defect
• Once an item is sold, it will not be restocked — all sales of unique preloved items are subject to availability
• We grade each item as Excellent, Good, or Fair condition — these grades are defined on the product page
• Product descriptions, measurements, and photographs are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge

We do not manufacture any products. We are a resale platform and are not affiliated with any brand whose products we may list.

When you place an order with Thriftzyade, you are making an offer to purchase the listed item at the stated price. The contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order via email or WhatsApp.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay — we do not store your card or payment details on our servers
• We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets via our payment gateway
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation — do not assume your order is placed until you receive a confirmation
• In the event of a pricing error on our site, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines thereafter depend on your location and the courier partner assigned to your shipment.

• Standard delivery across India typically takes 5–8 business days from dispatch
• We ship via trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, or similar services
• A tracking link will be shared with you once your order is dispatched
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable unless the item is returned due to our error
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control
• Thriftzyade currently ships within India only

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our returns policy reflects the nature of preloved goods:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is significantly not as described in the listing
• Items returned must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging where applicable
• We do not accept returns for items that match their description — please review all photos and details carefully before purchasing
• Minor colour variation due to screen calibration is not grounds for return
• To initiate a return, email us at info@thriftzyade.com within 7 days of receiving your order

All content on the Thriftzyade website — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, design elements, and the overall look and feel — is the property of Thriftzyade and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission
• Product photographs taken by us are our original work — please do not repost or use them without credit and consent
• Brand names mentioned in listings are used for identification only and belong to their respective owners — Thriftzyade claims no affiliation
• User-submitted content (such as reviews) grants Thriftzyade a licence to display and use that content on our platform

You agree not to use Thriftzyade in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the platform for any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive purpose
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the website or its underlying infrastructure
• Submit false reviews or impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our site without written permission
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of your account and, where applicable, legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Thriftzyade's liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products
• Our total liability for any claim is capped at the purchase price of the specific item that gave rise to the claim
• We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times — we are not liable for downtime or technical errors
• We are not responsible for the conduct or content of third-party platforms linked from our website

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

• We encourage you to first contact us directly at info@thriftzyade.com to resolve any issue informally
• Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably — we genuinely care about every customer's experience
• For unresolved consumer disputes, you may also approach the appropriate Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page
• Send a notification email to registered customers if the changes materially affect their rights
• Display a notice on our website for a reasonable period after significant updates

Your continued use of Thriftzyade following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using our platform and contact us to close your account.
